The exclusive service of PENSIONS LTD™ is qualified plan design and administration.

Our objective in designing plans is to provide the employer with the necessary information to make the best decision for a personalized retirement program. Based on the employer's long-term goals and financial criteria, we will recommend the type of plan or plans that will help achieve the employer's desired results.

Design services include plan preparation, installation and IRS submission (if applicable).

    Plan preparation consists of determining specific plan provisions and drafting all documentation including:

       the plan and trust document (or adoption agreement),
       employee summary plan description booklet,
       plan administrator's guide, and
       IRS master administrative forms.

    Installation of the plan constitutes setting up plan records and reviewing its operation.

    Submission is the preparation of plan documents for Internal Revenue Service qualification approval (if applicable).

Administration services include the preparation of employer and employee reports, as well as required government tax forms.

    Employer reports contain:
       trust financial statements,
       investment analysis report,
       account balance statement reflecting each participant's allocation of contributions, and
       IRS compliance testing results (if applicable).

    Employee reports include:
       certificates of participation, and
       Summary Annual Report.

    Required government tax forms (Series 5500) include:
       Schedule P,
       Annual Fiduciary Statement, and
       other schedules prepared as required.

Plan compliance services include periodic review of plan provisions to maintain IRS qualified status.
