PENSIONS LTD, a California corporation, was established in
November of 1987
as Organizational Designs, Ltd., a sole proprietorship. In May of 1988 the company name was
changed to PENSIONS LTD to more accurately reflect the services we
offer. PENSIONS LTD was incorporated in October of 1988. In the
intervening years since then, our client base has become nationwide.
Donna Neuhauser is
the Founder and President of PENSIONS LTD. Ms. Neuhauser has over
20 years
experience in the financial services industry. Prior to establishing her own company, she
was a qualified pension plan administrator for a San Diego County-based pension firm.
Prior to joining that
company she was administrative manager of a large Southern California-based investment
advisory company.
In addition to holding several professional licenses, Ms. Neuhauser is
a member of National Institute of
Pension Administrators (NIPA), and of the San Diego Chapter of the Western Pension and Benefits
Conference. She holds a degree from Widner University, Wilmington,
Delaware, as well as a business management degree from Grossmont College,
San Diego, California.
She has been an active member of Rotary International since 1988 and has
served as board member and president of the Escondido East Rotary Club,
chairperson (1993-1996) of Rotary's Youth Leadership Awards program (RYLA), and
an Assistant Governor of Rotary District 5340.
